Steve Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan has extensive transactional experience in the health industry and with SPACS, other capital market offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, he was Partner and Co-Founder of River Capital Partners. He previously served as a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Division at Prudential Securities, a Vice President in the Corporate Advisory Group at Jefferies & Company, a Manager in the Corporate Finance Group at Deloitte & Touche and an Auditor at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Kaplan holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from Babson College.
